Air Conditioner.

Please call the office for a cleaning of your air conditioner. You may recall in June of each year the white cottonwood seedlings float through the air. As a result, they can plug the drain tubes in side the air conditioner causing a water backup into your furnace closet, and if not caught, water damage can pass through to your neighbor below.

We offer a cleaning service which includes general clean out of the unit and a blowout of the water drain tube at $25.00. In addition we will replace your furnace filter for an extra $4.00 dollars.

Total cost of the cleaning $29.00. Total damage that can occur is extensive.

Curb Parking Spaces

In order to keep the sidewalks clear, please do not park cars over the curb. We need to get the tractor and snow blower along the sidewalks. Northwood Hills will not be responsible for damage to vehicles which overhang.

Also, in order to get the tractor on and off the sidewalks, we ask that you do not park in front of barrier free ramps. This is important for those who need access to them as well.

Finally, we ask that you please park your cars in the carports during the daytime whenever possible. The snow plow service returns between 10 am and 2 pm to clean the curbs parking spaces. It is extremely difficult for them to do so if there are numerous cars along the curbs.

Keep Hallway Doors Closed.

Please keep hallway doors closed at all times. Hallways do get extremely hot in the summer, however, for security purposes and issues with bugs and flower seeds constantly entering the hallways makes it necessary that hallway doors stay closed.

Handicapped Parking Ramps

Please do not park over top of the parking lot grids that are painted in front of the ingress ramps for wheel chair accessible visitors to the property. They need to have access to the sidewalks areas.

In addition, it is necessary that they remain open in order that we can get our tractor onto the sidewalk for snow removal.
