If you missed the annual meeting, it was determined that for now the dues structure will remain at $300.00 per month into 2025.
Beginning January 6, 2025, construction will be underway in the clubhouse. This may disrupt some activities and use of the clubhouse. It may also mean a little disruption for Laurie while her office is torn up for renovation. We are not sure how that will interrupt phone calls, emails and making copies during the transition.
Please be patient. The Health Departments has allowed us to defer adding 2 outside access restrooms due to the excessive cost of the strorm damage from two years before.
This is a must year. We will try to complete the renovations as quickly as possible.
